REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day online refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund. You then have 28 days to return the item(s) back to us for an exchange.
NO RETURNS on SALE items unless faulty.
Sorry we cannot except exchanges after 28 days.
To be eligible for a return:
All items returned must be in perfect saleable condition. We reserve the right to decide if an item is sellable. If an item is not sellable we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items must meet the following criteria for you to receive a refund.
- Tags have not been removed.
- Items don't smell of smoke, perfume, aftershave.
- Have not been washed.
- Unmarked, not soiled or damaged in any way
Items must be returned back to us within 28 days of the customer receiving the item(s), this includes postage time. Please allow up to 5 days for your item(s) to get back to us.
You will receive an email notification once your refund / exchange is complete. If you request an exchange but we are unable to fulfil, we will issue a refund. Please check that the item that you wish to exchange for is in stock before sending the item back to avoid any disappointment.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs for any returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
